How many African representatives took part in the Berlin Conference of 1884-85, which set the rules for partitioning Africa?

From the facts
The Scramble for Africa

The Scramble for Africa was the partition of nearly the entire continent among European powers between roughly 1880 and 1914. The Berlin Conference of 1884-85 set the ground rules without a single African participant; by 1914 only Ethiopia and Liberia remained independent. The borders drawn then are, overwhelmingly, the borders of Africa today.
